Total Movements delivers rail lines to Pune
Total Movements, member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) in India, was entrusted with the entire responsibility of receiving 50,000 m rail lines under the ship’s hook until its delivery to the Pune Metro project site, including unloading and stacking.
Despite facing challenges like a cyclone, heavy rains, resource scarcity, tough rules and regulations due to the brutal second wave of COVID-19, the Total Movements team handled and delivered the entire cargo safely and timely.
A spokesperson for Total Movement said: “The delivery site had its own inherent locational and spatial challenges, however, our technical and operation teams collaborated with the site teams and the customers to come up with practical and customized solutions.”
